Silvercreek Walk-In Clinic

All the doctors at the Silver Creek Parkway walk-in clinic are amazing. Their receptionists are always kind and understanding. But most importantly the doctors are extremely knowledgeable, they listen to your concerns and they help you find the answers you need. I don’t even trust my own family physician as much as the doctors at the Silver Creek Parkway clinic. Absolutely stellar service and outstanding medical care.

This walk-in clinic is by far the best in Guelph. The doctors are all amazing. I find it hard to get appointments with my family doctor and any time I need to see a doctor right away I come here. Every single visit has been a positive experience for me here.

I had quite a long wait to even get a phone call with my own doctor, so I called over to the clinic, reception was great at screening and giving you a rough time frame on the wait. Over a period of 10 days I was there 4 times to have a wound checked and dressed. I had the pleasure of Dr. Yates. If they had a rating above the 5 stars he would absolutely get it! He takes the time to take your medical history down, he doesn't brush you off or rush you through either. A very professional, caring and compassionate doctor with a bit humor before you go! They even will set you up with aftercare if you need it before you leave. Reception had everything faxed a taken care of before I even left. My leg is much better than what it was thanks to the wonderful staff there!

Always had wonderful service. The administrator is prompt and very courteous. She is always upbeat and cool under pressure. I've had different doctors but all have been good. Wait times vary, longest I have waited was 2 hours, but now I check Medimaps, if I can. This clinic regularly updates wait times on that site.

From the first phone call, to getting my script at the pharmacy, this place was incredible. The receptionist (Laurie) was very kind and helpful on the phone, and was very personable when arriving. She gave me a predicted weight time, and when I arrived at the clinic I sat down for 3 minutes before the doctor came in. Doctor Yates (?) was so comfortable. He was kind, in intimidating, very knowledgeable, and gave a clinical diagnosis that made complete sense to me. I’m still in shock and awe at this service. Guelph has got a great team and service in this walk-in clinic.

The doctor on site was great, wait time roughly 30-40 minutes which is one if the better wait times around. The pharmacist was very accommodating, took about 30 minuets to fullfil my order.
