Red Top Taxi

I would like to apologize for an earlier review, actually they were very very helpful with my elderly mom when she got confused about a trip to the hospital. Very much appreciate the extra work and care these guys took with her. Thank-you!

They have a couple of nice drivers, and this review isn't directed at them. I took this cab pretty often as my drive to work in the mornings, and I started scheduling the taxi for a specific time because I needed it to be on time. I tried this numerous times, tried scheduling it at least an hour ahead. It was rarely, if ever, there on time. It just isn't worth the trouble if you actually need to be somewhere; the operators don't seem to care.

EDIT: I changed this rating... because you guys aren't rude. Like our other cab company in Guelph. Some of those drivers are the rudest people I've ever met. So, I appreciate your drivers.

Mohammed Iqbal is the single greatest driver I have ever had. My friend forgot his wallet in the car and he was nice enough to return his wallet to him with all the cash in it. He wouldn't even accept a reward for it. He was so courteous and polite, I could not recommend him enough. Incredible driver and a great experience. GIVE THIS MAN A RAISE!! I was having a really rough day and Mr Iqbal was a ray of sunshine and completely brightened my day! What a lovely man!
