(January 12, 2021, 7:18 pm)Tried to order a new phone directly from Rogers. Dismal failure. The phone was intended as a Christmas gift for my daughter. I spoke with the manager, Roberta. She was incredibly professional and went out of her way to help me and had the appropriate phone transferred to her store inside of 24 hours. Her staff were knowledgeable and attentive. They explained how to transfer the data from the old phone as well as showing me the appropriate QI charger for use with this phone and why. I would never order a phone from Rogers online again, but wouldn’t hesitate to purchase one from this location.
