I found out about scottpec selling butcher knives from a family friend. Gave them a call and got a great price on European made knives. I'm trying to stay away from Chinese made products as they fall apart to soon. These knives are used by professional butchers so they are extremely sharp and designed to prevent bacteria getting in them. I'll definitely be ordering more in the future as gifts for friends/family.
