You people exceeded my expectations. I had gone through the basic yoga teacher training course and must say that it was an all-inclusive yoga course as well as completely authentic. I loved taking my first yoga training at your school. The sessions have deeply touched me and made me more elated as a human.
All I can say is that Rishikesh is a hub for physical, spiritual, and emotional growth through yoga, and Svadhyaya Kosha is a path to make this happen. Best school to start the journey of internal as well as external healing. Most profound experience I had of learning yoga from highly-knowledgeable teachers.
