Excellent Customer Service and speedy communication helping us resolve a corporate insurance issue we were dealing with suddenly at another insurance company, and were able to switch over to Co-Operators faulessly within a day.

Fantastic and friendly staff who provide quick service and thorough assessment of my needs as a client. I do home, auto, life and wealth insurance through this office and always feel very cared for. Top notch, they even give you a gift card if you refer new clients! A really trustworthy place to take your insurance needs. I think they've been in business over 20 years so they know what they're doing. They don't control the home and auto rates, those are standard pricing but these folks definitely do their best to get you a good competitive price and give excellent insurance advice. You talk to a real live person here monday-friday and then on weekends they have a call centre which is also easy to get through. I also love that the Co-operators claims service is 24 Hours and that I have free advice about my policy without having to start a claim notice. 10/10 would recommend.
