I have back and knee issues. These are carefully taken into account when decisions are made around strengthening my body to face my next phase in life. I’m 56 years old. When I find my back is sore, TJ is trained to fix me up. I have walked in to the gym hunched over because of racking one day and left 45 minutes later feeling like I could do handsprings. It is so important to have someone who knows every connection in your body and can help you strengthen your weak points to make life so much better lived without pain!
My friend and I tried his boot camp strength training class for the first time and it was great (we died, in a good way lol) T.J was always encouraging and helpful. He pushes you to do your best and focus on yourself. The seasoned members in the class were great towards us newbies and friendly and encouraging as well.
Highly recommend if you want something new and out of your regular routine.
I have worked with many different personal trainers in the past and since starting TJ's boot camp classes and flexible meal plan in January, it is the first time I've felt that my fitness goals are attainable. I have already seen great results so far and I am very excited to continue this process. TJ is passionate about helping other people achieve their long-term goals and provides you with the support that is needed to reach them!
By far THE best coach out there! He is passionate about what he does and truly cares about his clients. From bootcamp classes to one on one sessions, he knows how to make class enjoyable meanwhile maintaining proper form at all times. I highly recommend giving it a try!
Boot camps are a phenomenal way to push through a work out as well as to make sure your form is correct. I have tried the circuit in gyms but end up forgetting the proper form and lack the drive to push myself. TJ has patience to work with my lack of coordination and balance. He also makes sure we are using the correct posture and form for each exercise. In the past year my core strength and balance has improved. I've also lowered my BMI and body fat with his meal plans and boot camps. Commit to 3 weeks in boot camps 3 times a week and I believe you will feel better/healthier than before you started.
