(June 19, 2019, 7:41 pm)Most of the daytime staff is great. Coffee 60% of the time after 3 PM is wrong, staff after 3pm is rude or just dont care. It's never a full cup of coffee with afternoon staff. There is no reason anytime of the day when there are 2 people in line to wait so long to order. The manager needs to learn not to yell at staff in the back at anytime let alone be there lots of customers in the store.
