Taylor'ed Canines

We take our dog Winston to Taylor'ed Canines for the dog enrichment school and he partook in the dog school training program! We honestly are so thankful for Taylor and her team and the work they do. Winston has come such a long way since he has started and just loves when he gets to go and spend a day there! Great place for him to be social with other dogs in a structured and safe environment. Whenever we pick him up from a day at Taylor'ed Canines he's always so happy and tuckered out from all the fun activities he got to participate in.

Taylor and team are great with my 100+ lb dog. As a first time dog owner, the puppy classes were great for socialization and training basics. My dog and I have also taken the level 1 obedience class and done private training with Taylor. The enrichment school has been great for keeping my dog confident in trying new things and learning proper socialization etiquette with other dogs. Would highly recommend.

The puppy preschool classes offered at Taylor'ed Canines are very educational and fun! I learned everything I needed to in order to make our new puppy's transition into our home very smooth. Taylor is very professional and has a ton of experience. I would highly recommend her!

We came to Taylor'ed Canines in 2021 with our 3 year old White Swiss Shepherd who struggles with anxiety and leash reactivity. Ricola has been in continuous training since he was 3 months old, and we have experience with multiple trainers with different dog training philosophies and approaches.
Taylor's experience and approach set her apart. She uses an evidence-based approach to test a dog in a variety of situations to identify the problem. Her facility is impressive and stocked with a diversity of tools, from low (simple fur tug toys) to high tech (treadmill). Taylor is compassionate yet firm in her training philosophy which has proven to be a winning combination for our dog. Not only does she understand canine behaviour, she is able to explain complex concepts in simple and accessible terms that any human can understand. On a personal level, Taylor is very professional, providing direct and clear in her assessment/feedback. She is welcoming and non-judgmental making you feel comfortable and welcome in her space. We cannot praise her enough and highly recommend her services.

We have been sending our 9 month old puppy to the day play program for about 4 months now and it has been such a great experience. She absolutely loves going and comes home a very tired and happy pup! Her impulse control has improved dramatically and I truly believe sending her to Taylor’ed Canines has helped us in our overall training. The staff are fabulous and are always so happy to see her. I would recommend them to any dog owner!
