Carl was a great person! He not only walked me through the process but, showed how much dirt was accumulated. Moreover, he got rid of those pesky stains. Furthermore, he showed me which plan would suit me with the different pricing options. I would highly recommend Chem-Dry!

I am just thrilled with the results! I jokingly said I needed a miracle worker but I actually got a miracle. My stairs look great and Carl and Jonathon were super friendly, courteous and professional. Well done!

We are very happy with the service we received from Chem-Dry. Carl and Jonathan took the time to explain the process along with the criteria for the process. Both were polite, worked diligently, removed stains and our carpets look so much better throughout. Thanks for a job well done.
