I HIGHLY recommend Shawn, and I don't recommend lightly. I contacted Shawn based on a recommendation from one of my fb groups. Initially I just wanted to get an idea if my RO was good or not. I contacted Shawn via fb and he replied right away. He was professional, responsive and very knowledgeable. I shared my RO via picture message and described the issue I was having. He gave me options - replace or buy new one. He was not pushy or demanded I buy from him. However, I did settle for a new product with 7 yr warranty and annual check up. His installation was fast and he kept the work area clean. Which was important during COVID-19. He explained everything to me at the end to ensure I understood the product. He even answered my water softener questions which were totally unrelated to his visit. Shawn's service was excellent and he seems like a real, nice, honest down to earth business man. It's businesses and people like Shawn that I like to support.
