There are no hidden costs or agendas here. There is so much to consider at a time when it is easy to feel overwhelmed, scattered or even numb. Jeff guided me through the process and consistently went above and beyond. He communicated with me each step of the way and gave our family peace of mind knowing that Mom’s final journey was managed with dignity, kindness and caring. After the passing of my dad which is the first experience dealing with such a matter for myself, Jeff and Amelia at Passages were truly amazing!
