Keith is amazing!! He is very knowledgeable and thorough. We had 2 inspections with him, because we didn’t get the first house in a competition. The houses he inspected for us were very different, one a century home and one a modern build. He knew all there was to know about both ages of home and their unique concerns. In both inspections, he took his time and gave us every detail. I felt confident moving forward with the purchase of our home after getting his insight.

I recently used Keith to inspect a century home that I had put an offer on. Since the house was not young and could potentially have hidden problems I wanted to have a thorough inspection done so I knew what I was getting into. Keith was extremely detailed with his walk-through of the house. He talks you through the process and provides a lot of very helpful information. His report is equally as detailed. I was very happy with the service he provided.
