  Designer Furniture Outlet in Guelph hwy 124 is an outstanding business from introductions to delivery and follow-up . The expertise and customer focus is nothing short of outstanding ! Bruce was our salesman. He listened to our needs and was very accommodating in relation to insuring 100% customer focussed need satisfaction. We had a challenge with the USB port on one of our recliners and Aman , the owner personally insured that all was rectified in short order. The days of traditional customer service are present and in full standing with excellent business practise by these gentlemen . We highly recommend this business to all.

  The showroom is beautiful and we had a great salesman Dan show us exactly what we needed.

  The most interesting part is that you can "customize" the items you want depending on your budget. You will find a lot a choices there, we took a coach and we are very happy with it. The only issue is the delivery window which can be very long, and the lack of organisation that the seller has.

  Bruce was very friendly and helpful. He helped us work out a fantastic deal on a sofa and was very knowledgeable about all of the manufacturer details. He's part of the reason we went with Designer Furniture instead of Top Choice. We'd definitely recommend this store, and Bruce!
