Very satisfied with the installation of my napolean gas fire place .to go further the two men that performed the installation were very good at explaining how everything works as well as the clean up as impeccable. As if they were never there.As for the sales personal, his approach was direct and easy to understand

We are pleased with the installation of a new fireplace once we determined it was to be a top vent not a back vent.
The pre opperating instructions were good and it all went smooth.
You would assume with such a big ticket item they could Supply 4-AA batteries with the unit but no it was like buying a new toy ( batteries not included).
The glass was not cleaned ready for use.
The galvanized heat Shield on top of the unit will not work with the brick to give the best aesthetic appearance. So it cannot be used .
I am not pleased with the Small fan size Or the noise level it expels.
Lastly the outside cover is not made properly and I will want it replaced . The screening is poorly installed. In the summertime I’m am concerned bees will make a home inside due to the 1/4” mesh size.
We will see how the after service is.

They are very friendly and personable. You get Canadian made great quality items. I would use them again if I needed anything else in the future. I highly recommend to use this company, you won’t be disappointed!
