Placed an order... arrived in 2 days. Outstanding service

We purchased a Vivere hammock and beautiful wooden stand last year. We receive so many compliments on it! Due to our negligence we left our hammock out during a harsh snowstorm and wanted to replace the hammock itself this summer. I placed an order on Monday and was told it would ship to my office in 1-2 business days as I was local to the business. Today (Thursday) I still hadn’t received a shipping confirmation so I called their Guelph office and was informed that due to my method of payment (Amazon Pay), the order was displaying as an American order and hadn’t been processed. Without hesitation the customer service associate told me she would speak with UPS to see if they could expedite my order, as I was hoping to receive it for a family event this weekend that we are hosting. Within minutes she called me back to let me know that UPS would be overnighting the package and that Vivere was covering the fees! I was so pleasantly surprised and appreciative, not only with the quality of their product, but also their customer service! Will not hesitate to purchase more product from them in the future!
