Very,very helpful in finding me what I needed and very friendly.
Awesome service. Was halfway through cutting the lawn and badly bent the blade of my lawnmower on a rock I didn't think I would be able to get it replaced and serviced before the weekend and the rain. Called Jim's Repair Shop and they came to my rescue. They were able to fix my mower promptly and I was back to finishing cutting the lawn within half an hour. Thank you!

Solid organization. I called in just after Christmas to get a snowblower fixed. It was only 3 years old but I had picked up a fist sized rock buried in a drift and bent the impeller. My email to Jim's repair was answered quickly and they had picked up the blower, repaired the impeller and returned it all with in 3 days!
Now I just need it to snow ;)
