Good professional service, took care of the clean up after the work.
I am impressed with this company. The tech, Malcom, showed up on time and was courteous. I mentioned to him that we are planning to stay in our home long term.
While he was doing his repair he showed me something else that should really be addressed before the drywall fix. He gave me the option of continuing with the drywall in order to make it serviceable for now (knowing it would need repair again later) or stopping to address the newly-found issue.
It would have been easier for him to just continue working the rest of the day, as scheduled, and make more money.
The fact that he brought this up with me gives me confidence that they do things the right way and aren't just out to make a quick buck. I plan to use them for all my drywall work from now on.
They came into my home and fixed a very bad situation that we moved into. Walls looks great. Very professional and easy to deal with.
Malcolm certainly knew his profession. From first phone call to end result very pleased
Let me tell you, these guys are amazing! Very professional, polite, and courteous. They have managed to help me out and get the issue fixed in a timely manner and I am very grateful to have hired them. Their work was also excellent and they know what they are doing. Thank you Patch Master for assisting and doing a great job even though it was very last minute :)
Repair person was pleasant, focused and skilled in drywalling. Make sure you protect couches, fine furniture and floors well as they work fast...for example, oversee to ensure tools and blower fans are not placed on top of fine furniture and inform to ask for help if any furniture needs to be moved further. I went out and purchased a heavy-duty plastic to tape down on the dining room and living room floors, plus for taping against an opening from living room to the upstairs 2nd floor as fine dust ends up everywhere - the plastic sheet used normally is too thin to protect. In the living room we had placed carboards under the piano that we used to assist us very slowly move it out of the way prior to his arrival - all furniture was moved out of the way before he arrived, including rolling up a wool carpet. We had also placed large cloth sheets on furniture that had been moved out of the way. We had some cleanup and fix some scratches on a wood floor where the piano had been additionally moved by the repair person. A suggestion would be for business owners to call post-work to check on how the job went, realizing that all business owners are very busy but it is a nice touch.
