We ordered an 8" pillar picked up and brought home only to discover it was too large, just did not look right.
We called Irvin back and he went into the warehouse found a 6" pillar and custom made the top and bottom decorative pieces for the 6" pillar the same day so later that day we could go back and exchange.
Easy to work with, great products, and reasonable prices, can not say enough good things about this company.
