When it was suggested that I work with a Nutritionist to help on my weight loss journey, I was weary. I always knew that what I ate was key to losing weight. I thought that the tools that I already had from other programs would help me to lose the weight.
Boy was I wrong. When I met Kelly, I instantly clicked with her and I looked forward to our weekly visits. She is super easy to talk to, and I didn't "hide" my nutrition choices from her - like I did in other weigh-loss programs. Kelly quickly realized my unhealthy relationship with food, and worked with me to WANT to choose healthy options.
Kelly worked with me, by giving me simple and attainable goals, provided me with DELICIOUS meal options, and was always willing to listen.
I highly recommend Kelly Carter Nutrition for so many reasons!
To be honest, I was skeptical when I started with Kelly wondering how someone with less life experience was going to be able to teach me anything useful.....but that's exactly what she did. She gave me one or two small things to focus on week after week and before I knew it, I had reached my goal. I looked forward to our sessions each week and will definitely go back to her for maintenance in the future. Highly recommend!!

Thanks to Kelly - I am the strongest I have ever been, Kelly has taught me how to properly fuel myself pre and post workouts, which makes all the difference in the world during a tough workout. Emotionally, I don’t feel guilty about food. If I want to have something, I do, the less I stress about it, the less I want to bother with it. It is that simple. I loved Kelly and her unique approach from the first time I met with her. Kelly teaches you how to incorporate the foods you love, in fun and simple ways. For me, time is definitely a factor, so I don’t have hours to meal prep, Kelly taught me simple ways to make delicious and nutritiously balanced meals that were easy to prepare and never ever boring!! As for Kelly, you cannot ask for a better coach to work with. Kelly is incredibly supportive and will be your biggest source of support. I am so grateful for her, her incredibly wealth of knowledge and her encouragement.
Kelly is amazing. She made my whole experience with nutrition comfortable and easy to follow. Without her help I wouldn't have been able to achieve my goals.
