Chalmers Fuels

Called as we were all of the sudden out of propane and it was -13°c. I know we are to give notice and expected a slight delay. I told them I had a 4 month old son and they came and filled us up within 3 hours of my call.

What a great company, I called and the wonderful lady that answered the phone was so nice to talk to. Told her what i needed and she had a salsman (DAVE) get in touch with me.
Dave called me within 20 minutes, told him my situation and he was at the house within an hour.. WOW!! He told me what was best and give me some prices. I told him i have the furnace for the garage and getting a buddy that is a licensed pipe fitter to install the unit and i would call back for a tank install. I then called Dave back a few days later, He told the office i was ready for a tank install and they had an insaller call me a couple hours later. i asked how long for a tank install and he said , how about Thursday? I was Like, Its now Monday and you meen this THursday, he said yes. I could not beleive it would be so fast! Everywhere else was a month or more!
anyway, they were hear right on time on the Thursday and did the install, My wife was here and said they where amazing guys to talk to, They did a nice clean install.
I called other companies and it was like they did not want the bussiness, No return calls or anything.

Had Chalmers retro fit a furnace an ac for me. I cant say enough good things about them. They did an incredibly clean install of the duct work and 2 units. The guys were fantastic and friendly, price was reasonable and it was done when they said it would be. The inside staff has also been a great help as well.
