(March 6, 2020, 4:54 pm)Poor customer service. Emerald shipped the wrong product to us and made no attempt at customer retention by offering a refund and shipping the correct product for free. In fact, their customer service rep used the opportunity to try and sell us more product. This is not the way we like to conduct business and therefore will not be in future. Very disappointed.
As a follow-up, Emerald did subsequently offer to cover the shipping on the replacement product so we have increased our rating to 3 stars.
