    Poor customer service. Emerald shipped the wrong product to us and made no attempt at customer retention by offering a refund and shipping the correct product for free. In fact, their customer service rep used the opportunity to try and sell us more product. This is not the way we like to conduct business and therefore will not be in future. Very disappointed.
    As a follow-up, Emerald did subsequently offer to cover the shipping on the replacement product so we have increased our rating to 3 stars.

    Been ordering everyday for the past few days . and the shipping is the best anyone could ask for.. I called for info got what I needed. staff seem good.. products are great so far ..,full review coming soon.. keep it up Emerald coatings
