(December 1, 2019, 1:28 pm)Bought a piece of equipment from the none auction side of Bryans,, had a issue with it after we got it home,, called them on the phone as soon as we figured out the problem,,Steve ( our sale man ) informed us they were not aware of any issues with it.
He suggested that we get it back to them ASAP so they could have look at it.
In the end we are very happy with our dealing with Bryan's and Steve and his mechanics are very stand up people, I would not hesitate to highly recommend dealing with Bryan's with the comfort of know that they are all stand up people.
Thank you Bryan's and Steve, we look forward to using our new to us piece of equipment.

I have never used an online auction before and I made a mistake, but the staff were very kind and helpful and went above and beyond to help me resolve the mistake quickly. I definitely disagree with the comments that say the auction is a scam...they were very straight forward and honest.
