When we brought our pup home (a rescue), we first tried a different groomer. I had a number of questions and concerns (given her history), and felt dismissed. For our second cut, we went to Diva Dog, and we've never gone anywhere else! Stephanie and her team are so wonderful, and I always feel comfortable leaving my pup in her capably and caring hands. She answered all my questions, and I immediately felt at ease. It's worth the drive to Puslinch!

I brought my own puppy here for his first grooming session and he loved it so much he was smiling for hours after. Clean salon, friendly staff, and Stephanie is so patient and knowledgeable. I’m currently fostering a pom but when I got her she was covered in mattes, Stephanie messaged me and offered to show me how to properly brush is out as carefully as possible and ended up doing all her fur for free of charge. She really cares about the quality of her work and only wants the best for her clients. I wouldn’t choose to go anywhere else!:)
