Claire has amazing energy with the kids and her passion for teaching is evident. I highly recommend her classes.

Both my girls 8 and 12 do lessons with her, they are excited each week to go see what they make and come home with delicious treats! I love the skills she is teaching them and sense of community she creates with the other young chefs!

We hired to cater our in laws 60th wedding anniversary. Her canapés were such a hit and now they are purchasing her freezer foods.
