We've struggled with writing a review for so long because we wanted to make sure that we could accurately convey how much of a joy it was to work with Lauren as we bought our first home. The guidance, reassurance, and reliability Lauren gave us, paired with her eagerness to not only become invested in our whole purchasing process but also in who we are and want to become as a young family was so refreshing and truly made for a wonderful experience. We had previously had a bad experience with realtors but upon meeting with Laruen for the first time, she promised to make sure this go around was better. She will make you feel heard, understood, and genuinely cared for.

Lauren's tenacity and work ethic was apparent right off the bat and we couldn't have felt more comfortable in discussing our wants, needs, and dreams for our home. In recent years the entire experience of buying a home has become stressful and downright daunting but Lauren has the ability to make it a fun and rewarding experience. So much so that we were left with an almost bittersweet feeling when the process was coming to an end because once we had found our home, we knew that our time spent with Lauren would be ebbing! Lauren was so patient and so kind, and she provided the expertise we desperately needed to go through this process and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend Lauren to our friends and family (and we’ve already done so!).

She was always available and guided us through this process with assurance, enthusiasm, and patience. All of the homes that Lauren showed us closely matched our wants. Lauren was amazing from the moment we inquired about listing our home. She walked us through the process and helped us every step of the way. She understood how much our home meant to us and what a difficult decision it was. She was patient and understanding when I felt overwhelmed. She communicated clearly and was available when we had questions. She did a fabulous job staging our home and representing it as well as the wonderful neighbourhood that came with it. She sold our home in a week during a time when the markets had dramatically slowed and other homes in the area were sitting idle (summer 2022). I don't think I could have gone through the huge step of selling our home if it wasn't for her support through every stage of the journey.
