I can't say enough positive about this company and the customer service! I teach Kinder and purchased an easel in 2006. The next year, I inquired about some magnets and chart tabs; they were sent free of charge. Last week, I inquired about replacing the marker ledge on my now discontinued easel. Vanessa and Jacob made it happen - all under warranty! Their communication was swift and they couldn't have been more helpful. What a top-notch company with super employees!

This company is exceptional and shows tremendous social responsibility and leadership. I am a teacher and received a white board when I was really in need. The quality of the product itself is impeccable - easily the best portable whiteboard I've used. This company is compassionate and seeks to do good. Vanessa was amazing!

Great place to work

Their customer service was excellent. I called looking for some replacement parts for my easel. After chatting with Frederic, I was happy to find out that they would be sending the parts to me at no cost! Now I can actually use my easel to it's full potential...Fantastic! Thanks! ?

Copernicus has provided me with excellent service. 10 years ago when I inherited my first kindergarten class the easel and white board in the room was scratched and missing pieces. I contacted the number on the board and a Copernicus representative asked me to send a photo of my easel. She replied that it was not only missing pieces but had been incorrectly assembled and was generally a mess. The company sent me a whole new white board easel for my classroom - complimentary! Ever since I have encouraged colleagues to purchase Copernicus products.

This week I needed to replace the lined white board accessory due to damage from a student. I spoke to a customer service representative at Copernicus and am now awaiting my free 'scratch and dent' white board:)
