(December 28, 2017, 4:21 am)I am from out of province, visiting my mom for christmas, and my glasses broke! I was so stuck and couldn't see a thing. But I had purchased my glasses at FYIdoctors back home. I went to 2 other places, and none of them would help me. Then I came here - they contacted my FYIdoctor back home and found that the draw was under warranty and they figured out a way to help me that truly went ABOVE and BEYOND what was necessary. I thought that I would have to spend the rest of my trip stumbling blind, but they replaced my frames and fixed my glasses in about 10 minutes!!! I must re-iterate that nowhere else was even willing to try and help me! Thank you, Debb - you saved my whole trip!!!!
