Old Jim certainly can be Grumpy at times. But he is a good honest and fair man that does excellent work. would give him 10 stars if I could.
Jim takes the time to inform as to what is needed and what isn't. This is a mechanic you can trust. He never over charges and always does the job right. Safety and customer satisfaction are of the utmost importance to this small town, family owned and operated business. My family and I have had nothing but great experiences with Jim for years.
