Mark and his wife have the most beautiful distillery in Ontario. His passion and knowledge shines through his many products. With that said they are extremely down to earth and willing to spend time to explain the craft.

Drive a hour and a half to come here, they have a amazing variety of spirits and every one ive tried is better then the last. My fav is the 4 peppercorn moonshine, used instead of vodka and has a 50% kick. Also the staff is super accomidating, friendly and down to earth. Highly recommend to anyone.

My partner and I had an amazing time! We popped in with ideas in mind for what we wanted to grab thanks to interesting descriptions on the website. We got treated to a wonderful tasting session that included flavours we hadn’t seen listed, and liked everything we tried. We promise there’s something for everyone in the shop and there’s a huge amount of Easter eggs to see and ask about if you’re a sci fan at heart.
