Doug Beatty & Sons recently installed a new wood stove in my dinning room. They demonstrated genuine concern and care towards my family and our project. They were prompt to reply to any questions I had. I am very satisfied with their service and heartily recommend them.

Doug has been servicing my pellet stove and my parents pellet stove for several years and I totally trust his work. He is very good at trouble shooting when we have run into issues with the stove.

For starters, DB&S really impressed me with their knowledge base. They have been in the industry for a while. Their customer service is second to none and would gladly recommend them to anyone looking to buy a stove.

Very quick, friendly service. The fall weather was cooling down and they knew we needed a repair right away. They came as soon as the part was available and very efficiently repaired it with no upset to my schedule.
