We selected a model and the staff helped us augment the plan to work within our site specifications and budget. Our new spectacular cottage arrived 2 wks early and was finished on schedule. We were very happy with the quality of the build and the team’s ability to adapt to the unique challenges our property presented.
There are many decisions to be made early when building a modular home. Purchasers should take the time to understand the options and work closely with their design consultants to ensure the home meets their needs. It is difficult to make design changes once in production. Do your homework and be prepared. We could not be more pleased with the end result. Thanks QEH.
