The staff are very friendly but they don't follow you around the store they let you look on your own if you need their help there right there I love that great selection.

I find that Shoetopia has a very good assortment of styles of the finest quality shoes. If they don't have it they will get it for you. The staff is the friendliest and most accommodating ever.. Thanks ladies - you make my "shoe shopping" a pleasure!

I was buying shoes for someone who is housebound. The staff made it such an amazing experience! No hassles, they truly wanted to make it a pleasant experience. It took a couple of trys but I finally got the perfect shoe in the right size!
