Charlie and the guys at this branch are some of the most patient and detail-oriented staff anywhere in Markham. I originally went in for a tire rotation, and had noticed a minor discrepancy after leaving. They were super quick to take my car back and fix the problem, and also helped to personally point out new issues that need to be resolved with my vehicle.
On a second instance when I purchased tires from them, I accidentally gave them the wrong odometer reading, but they happily resolved the situation, despite it being an inconvenience for them.
With the staff being as exceptionally professional, well mannered and courteous as they are, I’d 100% recommend this shop to anyone.
Extremely helpful and knowledgeable employees. I drive far to come to these guys to address issues I've had with my cars over the years. It is worth the drive for me to go to individuals who have always been accommodating and honest with me and my family members. I highly recommend this place.
I have been going to Active Green and Ross for the last 25 years they have given us amazing customer service day in and day out!! Charlie and his team are AMAZING!! He also always gives back to the community by supporting local sports teams.
I had a winter tire nail repaired in around March at this store. Yesterday when I wanted to put on my car again, I found there was leaking near the valve. I brought it back to store and they honored their service and fix it for me free. I don't have my invoice and I can't even prove which tire they have serviced for me. They checked their system and found the repair record. Happy customer!
I bring both my Ford Fusion, and Toyota Highlander to this place, and its been great. Only complaint, is that it takes a while to diagnose an issue, and sometimes they just guess. For an example, i brought my Highlander in for a check engine light. They replaced the catalytic converter. After a few days, light came back on. I brought the car back, and then they replaced the O2 sensor. After 2 weeks, the light came back on. The finally replaced the MAFS. Ever since then, the light has been off. Other then that, great service!
