  Charles is awesome! He got my injured shoulder rehabilitated very quickly. Uses a variety of techniques and is great with maintenance exercise advice. Highly recommended.

  Best care anywhere. Recommend all staff. Dr. Costa is tops!! Dawn and Paul for massage! Dr. Michelle Chin for naturopathic.

  Best Chiro and Massage in Markham. Really know what there doing and Rehab is really thorough and Professional.

  I am so grateful that I was referred to Advanced Health Recovery by my cross fit gym. I started massage therapy in 2017 with a severe shoulder injury and overall muscle tension, I was in extreme pain and desperate for relief. My massage therapist Paul immediately made me feel comfortable by explaining what is normal and what isn’t normal with respect to muscle pain and the healing process. Not only is his humour disarming but, his massage techniques are incredible and I always leave feeling like a new person.
  
  Paul's caring and professional attitude along with stretching techniques and gym modifications have really helped me with my overall recovery. I now have a full range of motion in my shoulder again and I am so grateful to the Advanced Health staff, for always being so friendly, knowledgable and approachable with all my health concerns.
