Always kindly and professionally helped, never rushed or forced to make hasty decisions. All this made me to return there again and again. However, my recent dealings with Mr. Jay Lee, Store’s Media Manager, were unprecedented in my entire 50+ years old hobby, as an audiophile, anywhere.
Such a combination of professionalism in customer service, together with the knowledge of the subject matter, honesty, patience, flexibility and genuine willingness to help, is not all that common and it needs to be recognized. It is also fitting well with the name of the Enterprise.
I cordially and unreservedly recommend the Audio Excellence to all audiophiles and enthusiasts of recorded music.

(January 6, 2019, 1:54 am)What a great experience! I found Audio Excellence through their social media efforts led by Jay. I was looking for some high-end headphones and came across a review from their company channel.
I reached out at midnight on Christmas day by email, and before the next morning set it I had already heard back from Jay -- and not only that, he was able to work out an incredible price for me.
