(January 2, 2019, 3:29 pm)I highly recommend this place. I went to the Copper Creek location and served within 10’minutes as it wasn’t too busy. I was received by Tracy who provided me with great customer service! She listened attentively to what I wanted done with my hair and advised accordingly. Moreover, she was friendly and explained things well. What is noteworthy and different from other salons I have been to is that Tracy communicated with me throughout the haircut informing me what she was doing with my hair in order to avoid any unexpected and disappointing surprises. I’m very pleased with her work ethic, knowledge, customer service and the haircut she gave me. Keep up the good work!

(November 17, 2018, 1:36 pm)I love it because of their app. I can see how long of a lineup there is and decide whether to go or not. I can also check in before I arrive so that I keep the next spot. I like the women that work there. If you just want to sit and enjoy the cut you can or if you feel talkative they will engage. I come here regularly now because of the convenience!
