(February 27, 2019, 4:04 am)I don't live in Markham so I've never purchased or serviced here. HOWEVER, I was travelling to Markham for work and while on the 407 my engine light on my new Sedona came on. 100+kms from home I was worried, to say the least! I dropped into Longman's on the spot and they were absolutely amazing. They'd never even seen me before, but they treated me like a long time customer, checked out the issue for me and sent me safely on my way. Thank you Longmans Kia!
(February 17, 2019, 3:54 pm)I purchased my vehicle here and have been going back for service. Booking appointments is easy as the srvice department is not that busy and every time the work is completed very quickly. Overall experience is very good.
(December 20, 2018, 12:40 pm)1st time KIA buyer here after 20+ years driving Ford. Exceptional experience from original phone call all the way through to delivery. Went for an unrushed test drive with Adam T. and during that 20 min test drive he was very informative about the car and practically showed me all the features. Went back a few times to be sure the Sorento was right for me and my brood and was welcomed back every time to show me the vehicle. Kore was great in financing. Emmanuel was the icing on the cake. He was super accomodating and never pressuring and imo very honest up front. No issues that others have experienced ie: got both sets of keys, on a follow up visit with questions I had was always welcomed back and never ignored. Within 2 weeks, my wife ( a long time Honda owner) purchased from them as well. Highly recommend this dealership if KIA is the car for you.
(December 17, 2018, 10:29 pm)Professional and friendly staff. LOL, person in front complained the price of their oil change service went up $10. Dealership service and pricing should be considered as a premium product, you COULD go elsewhere but you get what you pay. Also ask to confirm the price first before you approve the service on your vehicle.
I went in to have my battery replaced, I expect a similar battery and not a questionable product to save a few dollars. IMO.
