  Very friendly and knowledgeable team helped me choose an inline chlorinator and pipes. Also, Brian was fantastic helping us choose a custom pool safety cover. While visiting the store he did a demonstration of the anchoring equipment and cover material. The service for installation was impressive. After deciding on the cover, Allan contacted me right away to schedule an appointment to take the pool measurements. Once the custom safety cover was installed Allan and his team explained and demostrated the installation, removal and storage of the cover. We are very happy with the purchases and the high level of service.

  I had a problem with my pump taking in air and my pool company had spent a week trying to fix it. I was not happy so I called Pioneer, explained the situation. A service person called me back that afternoon, booked me for the next morning. They were there before 8 am and had it fixed before 9. Great service!! Will stay with them from now on

  Agree with many other reviews for Markham Pioneer. Specifically the management staff led by Brian has been amazing at solving problems associated with pool ownership. He has always gone the extra mile to help in my dialog with manufacturers like Hayward to expedite and replace equipments such as a pool robot. Thanks!
