(June 11, 2018, 10:00 pm)Read the reviews prior to going in to the store but decided to take a chance anyways. I HAVE NO IDEA WHAT THE OTHER CUSTOMERS ARE TALKING ABOUT. I was greeted by the store manager and he was amazing. He dealt with all of my issues and concerns and was extremely knowledgable and personable. Strongly recommend everyone to visit this location, as I had visited several locations prior to the woodbine and highway 7 location. All other locations pale in comparison to the service I received from this store.
The sale manager went above and beyond to ensure satisfaction on many different levels.
THANK YOU SLEEP COUNTRY WOODBINE AND 7!
P.S..the manager told me he is new to the store and most of the employees are new as well! This might explain why old customers received such poor service.
