(February 22, 2018, 8:09 pm)Love this guy! Our fridge just stopped working one night, even though it was only about a year old, so we called a bunch of places. Stephen was the only one who took the time to explain things to us over the phone and said he'd come out and take a look.
He was here in an hour and didn't hit us with any crazy "service charges", either. He fixed the thing in about 20 minutes and we didn't even need any new parts.
I'll call him from now on - we thought for sure we were going to have a buy a new fridge.
