  I have been a client of Dr. Sermer’s for over 10 years. Each and every time I go into the clinic I am greeted with a warm smile.
  They treat every client like royalty.
  My dogs have never received such better care anywhere else.
  The entire staff treats and talks to you as a friend.
  
  I wouldn’t EVER go anywhere else!!

  I have been going to Green Lane Animal Hospital for a few years. Was not always the happiest of customers but since the arrival of Dr Cooper everything has changed. He is beyond excellent. So professional, knowledgeable and an excellent communicator. His advice is always sound and answers questions patiently, presents options, and listens attentively to his customers. He is so approachable and I totally trust his advice. He is a true asset to this clinic. Inaddition, the vet techs are always helpful, and the front desk staff are very professional.
  If you looking for a new vet, I would highly recommend you ask for Dr Cooper.

  I’ve really enjoyed my experiences here. The staff are amazingly friendly and the doctors have a genuineness which I like.
  
  Like with all vets I wish they’d be more transparent about the costs of procedures up front - I don’t want to have to chase the costs or be surprised - but they’re no worse than any other vet I’ve been to in this regard.
  
  I trust them and that goes a long way.
