(February 28, 2019, 4:45 pm)I just helped my friend move all her stuff into a storage box. We were not looking forward to it but when we got to Zoom Zoom storage in Thornhill, the lady was so nice. We had to wait for my brother to come and we sat in the front office. She gave us cookies and water and showed us where we could find those hand carts to help. It's so clean and doesn't look like what I thought. If I ever need to use a unit, I will definitely go to this place.
(February 28, 2019, 4:23 pm)I moved to Thornhill from Kitchener. The staff at Zoom Zoom storage were so helpful with my move. I felt less stressed after meeting the staff and I was so happy to see how clean the storage lockers were. I would highly recommend this storage spot.

There is an onsite restroom in the main building that is accessible 24hrs a day(and its clean!).
The convenience of having a direct drive up unit can't be beat I loved being able to drive directly to my unit and unload straight into it from the vehicle.
They even have a little seating area in the office which is great if you need to wait for someone. Great security. Wonderful staff. I highly recommend.
(November 5, 2018, 8:20 am)No on site bathroom so people pee outside. Good tech and secure but the lockers are barely climate controlled. They are extremely hot in the summer. Dollies are very small because apparently people steal bigger ones. The location is convenient to locals but don't expect much more than that. The 24 hour access is convenient, but, again, no bathroom.
(April 15, 2018, 5:05 am)We've used zoom zoom many years ago and went back again today to prepare for a recent move.
Customer service was still great, Samantha was super friendly and informative. The agent on the phone mentioned they have free cookies, but we also got purdy's chocolates today ;)
Very clean and easy to operate. I feel safe to keep my items there. Good promotions if you're interested to store on the upper floors. And payment is clear, flexible in terms of weekly, bi-weekly or monthly.
Highly recommend!
