“I’ve been a member at this location since 2017. I won’t say much regarding the outstanding amenities because the photos speak for themselves. What I want to say is that the customer service has always been top notch. From the moment I enter the club, I am greeted by my name. Once I get to the change room I am greeted by the friendly cleaning staff. On the floor, I can always expect a hello or “props” from the personal trainers some of which I have never formally met before. I’ve even had a trainer offer a training tip completely unsolicited. The Yoga instructors are phenomenal and have helped me fall in love with a practice that I once detested. While I prefer to work out with my headphones on and keep to myself, I truly enjoy feeling like a valued customer here. The front staff is always warm and welcoming. Anthony who helped sign me up has always been great to me and my family. The activity desk staff is always open to answering any and all questions and the house keeping staff go above and beyond to make sure the clients are satisfied with the cleanliness. They also hold special events for kids such as celebrations for Halloween & Valentine’s Day. This place is truly a gem.”
