Our appointment times are honoured, no long waits, getting a hold of someone is easy - via phone and email - and the staff is efficient and professional. But, what really makes Benbassat Orthodontics stand out is that they provide an emergency number to call when the office is closed. After I texted the number this weekend, Dr Benbassat replied quickly and fixed my child’s ortho appliance. Expertise, care, and service!!!
(June 5, 2018, 3:31 pm)Dr. George Benbassat and his staff are ALWAYS accommodating!!!! Never once have we not been able to fit in a last minute appointment. Everyone from the front desk staff to ortho assistants to Dr. George are always welcoming, friendly and professional. Thank You !!!!!

(February 28, 2018, 1:45 pm)We had a dental emergency on a Sunday and Dr Benbassat has an option to leave a message (even on a Sunday when the office is closed). He replied promptly and we were able to go into the office to have the issue corrected within hours. Now that's great customer service!!!

The experience was very pleasant, easy and efficient from beginning to end in terms for timeliness, professionalism and expertise. As my son took off his braces my daughter started her process and we are ready for the next one! Thank you.
