  There was a mishap in the print for hardcover that they send out for finishing. I was so disappointed because my client and I were 3 days from the book launch. Sure Print suggested a great solution and rushed the work to resolve the glaring issues before the book launch. I was very happy with how prompt they were with emails, calls, and following up on the status of my order. I would definitely recommend this printer for someone who is looking for high standard quality and have a smaller budget. Thanks again!

  I used them to print my paperback book and they turned out great!
  They were very transparent and helpful when discussing printing options and prices. I will be using them again for my company's future publications.

  They printed a treasured translated transcript of my grandfather's journey from Italy to Canada at a most reasonable price. Done so professionally I still cannot believe the quality of the end product! Thanks for creating a permanent keepsake for future generations of our family.

  I printed the new print issue of the magazine I run - 8.5x5.5 full colour, 114 pages. I'm so pleased with the quality and the price (which was much less than other print shops I looked at). They were really helpful and patient with changing designs and giving me proofs to make sure that we would love the final product. Big love!!!
