  Arash was a great instructor. He did a wonderful job teaching us the proper techniques and fundamentals of emergency first aid and cpr. Very professional and kind.

  I did CPR and First Aid Level C (2 days). My instructor, Arash Owrak was very clear, well informed, and did his best to include everyone in discussions when appropriate. Professional attitude and enthusiastic about making sure that each of us understood the material. It is rare to find an instructor or professor of such high-calibre.
  
  Following along and demonstrating CPR and First Aid techniques were combined with acting-out a real-life scenarios in groups of 2 (heart attack, stroke, etc.) This helped with internalizing the information and greatly enhanced the learning outcome. After having completed my training and earning my certificate, I am confident as a First-Aider and know exactly what needs to be done in all prescribed situations.
  
  There is lot of information to take in, but in the end it’s worth the money you pay and the time investment. Don’t second guess…Make it a point to go here. Highly recommended.

  Maged was an amazing instructor. He really takes the time to make sure each student understands every chapter of first aid. You get a lot of hands on experience in his class and it flies by since its very fun! You'd be lucky to have him.

  This wasn’t my first course in first aid I’ve taken and I wasn’t looking forward to yet another two day event...then I was pleasantly surprised at the content and just how John presented it. His examples of scenarios from his past life made the whole course so much more enjoyable, while still being educational. FANFREAKINTASTICK!!!
