  I called maple air when my furnace suddenly stopped working. A gentleman named Sam scheduled an appointment within the same day and the technician (Azam) showed up at my house give or take within an hour and diagnosed my furnace and identified and explained the problem to me. He then got a confirmation from me about the price for the repair. Within the same day he went and got the parts needed to fix my furnace and had my furnace up and running. After the technician left, Sam called and followed up to make sure my problem was taken care of. I highly recommend this company as they are very punctual and professional. No hidden costs and no pressure. Thank you for the great services and fair prices maple air!

  Maple Air and Farzad really came through for me! I needed two heat pumps installed in my master bedroom and an attic room as my tenants were starting to complain about the cold. They responded right away and within a few days they were here to install the units. While the units were a little on the pricey end, they are definitely worth it. My tenants love them and say those two rooms are now the most comfortable in the house! I highly recommend Maple Air!!

  After contacting various fireplace resellers and installers, Maple Air was able to install a fabulous gas stove in our basement. They did an amazing job that happened to occur on one of the coldest days of the year. They did it efficiently and without complaint. After finishing the job, they spent time to explain how to use the new equipment.
  
  It is this quality of service and knowledge of products (by the sales rep) that makes me want to spend good money on companies like Maple Air. As it turns out, however, they were cheaper than some of their competitors.
  
  I hope that more people find out about these guys and how good they are!

  Definition of customer service. We had an issue with the installed Carrier Furnace from Maple Air. They acted upon our request immediately and sent their technical supervisor to check the system. It ended up being a small adjustment on the furnace and Reza explained all the details about operation of our furnace and recommend future solutions as well. We're glad that Maple Air is our heating and cooling contractor and we recommend them to all family and friend.
