I attended a workshop by Mel and she did a superb job of running it! The workshop was open minded and 100% safe, she definitely makes you feel comfortable to share your own personal experiences. I had a wonderful time during her workshop and would definitely recommend her workshop to others ☺️
I have attended several mindful meditation sessions with Mel and most recently joined the mindful relationships group of hers. Mel is such an incredible person and she has such a passion for guiding and supporting others. I have practiced incorporating mindfulness into my busy schedule and am always looking for reminders/strategies to stay in the present. Looking forward to attending any future sessions or workshops facilitated by Mel!! :)
Mel consistently creates a warm and safe space for me to share my stories. I met Mel when I was most in need and she welcomed me with open arms. After our first session, I knew Mel was someone I wanted to learn from, someone I wanted to guide me.
In sessions, Mel recognizes when I struggle to voice a concern and is patient and gentle with me, allowing me to find my voice on my own time. She recognizes when words fail me and guides me through a mindful practice to help me find those words.
She never aims to discuss a topic but, instead, allows the conversation to go wherever I want and am comfortable with. I never feel as though I “should” discuss something. Mel leaves the flow of the sessions entirely in my hands. I never feel judged for a topic I bring up, in fact, Mel expresses thanks for sharing difficult topics making me feel all the more safe and secure with her.
I am incredibly grateful for Mel for all that she’s done to help me discover not only a path of self-love, but for her continuous patience in guiding me and genuine care to see me evolve on that path.
Mel’s presence is luminous. The passion she has for her work is undeniable. After her mindfulness and self love workshop, I felt better equipped to give myself more of what I needed... it was empowering! Mel has also been a guiding force for me through a difficult period of my life. Mel is nothing short of spectacular and I’m eternally grateful to have met her.
I love Mel and all her mindfulness tips and tricks! Her workshop is so effective and she holds space so kindly and well. I encourage everyone to enjoy what she has to offer.
