  Dropped car off for a tire repair. Wendy and staff were very helpful and accommodating.
  Car was ready a few hours later. Considering how busy this location is, I had a great experience and the staff were very friendly.

  Mixed experience.
  I wanted to buy winter tires and found my choice at Costco. Checked the website and went there to buy them. Surprise! Tires were not in stock. As I was waiting, I heard one of the representative telling to a customer that they are fully booked for 2 weeks, but they're opening at 6AM during the tire change season and despite reservations, first come is the first served. I ordered my tires online and almost 2 weeks later I was notified they were shipped at Costco. Because when you order tires online, they do charge you for changing them (no option to only pay for tires), I had to book an appointment, which was Saturday at 8AM. Knowing they do open at 6 and first come is the first served, I went there at 6 and I was the 5th or 6th in line, which placed me for 8 AM time slot.
  Around 9 they started working on my car.
  Be aware that customers are showing up around 5.30AM and the door doesn't open automatically, so it appears not to be open. You have to open the sliding door manually.
